My approach

As an integrative therapist I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work specifically for you. Some of my core values include being genuine and accepting and creating a relationship of safety, openness and trust where you can feel seen and heard. My personal approach is also informed by psychodynamic and relational theories which shed light on how our early experiences and relationships impact us.

My qualifications and experience
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, registered with the BACP. I have a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from The Minster Centre. Currently, I am also working towards a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling, through The Minster Centre and Middlesex University. Before becoming a counsellor, I worked for many years as a solicitor in Australia and in the City of London, both at major law firms and as legal counsel in finance and media.

My philosophy

In our work together, you can expect to be met with respect and empathy in a non-judgemental and compassionate manner. I work with individual adults (18+). I offer both short term and long term therapy but mainly work in an open-ended way, to allow you to move at your own pace and to explore issues in-depth.
